Fabio is a creative leader known for building high-performing teams and lasting client partnerships that drive both breakthrough work and business results. He currently oversees a group of over 50 creatives at FCB Health New York, where he focuses on pushing creative boundaries while navigating the complex realities of Pharma advertising.

His work has been recognized globally, with over 20 Cannes Lions including a Grand Prix, 27 Clios including a Grand Clio, and 30 One Show awards including Best of Discipline. In 2021, Fabio was the most awarded creative in Health & Wellness and ranked among the top 10 most awarded Group Creative Directors in the world by The One Show.

Across two decades, he has partnered with brands like Eli Lilly, AstraZeneca, GSK, Johnson & Johnson, P&G, BMW, and Cologuard to launch major campaigns that merge bold creative with cutting-edge technology such as AR, AI, deepfake, 3D printing and more, while always staying grounded in real human insight.

Fabio believes in the power of creativity to solve hard problems, shift perceptions and move culture. Whether helping people navigate chronic disease or sparking national conversation about gun violence, he brings the same energy: relentless curiosity, uncompromising craft and a drive to make work that matters.
